The location is great. Chuo Park is just across the road. I found many activities and sites near Shinjuku. The hotel offered good value. The staff were always smiling, and I felt very welcomed!

The bathroom was a bit of a capsule style, like you might find on a train.

The queen room I got felt cramped, not like a queen at all. The bed frame jutted out. I banged into it a couple of times in the dark. There was no closet. Just some hangers making the squeeze worse (seemed like a hazard).

the hotel provided luggage transfer. this was very helpful as it made travel easier. i liked that it was very close to the metropolitan building, allowing me to easily attend shows. the bakery on site had gluten free items, a pleasant surprise.

the rooms were very small. the staff lacked knowledge about the local area. both hotel restaurants were closed for private parties, disappointing and the staff could only recommend denny's as an alternative.
